Chris did you play as you walked or did you just walk? what was the motivation behind the excercise?

No playing Dave, just walking and talking and enjoying London.
I guess exercise was the motivation!
Seriously, it was for no reason other than making it all the way around – I was surprised that so many people have assumed it was A) for charity B) involved performing at some point C) was a pub crawl and even D) involved walking along the underground railway tracks. (!)
Anyway, I know it’s no big ‘achievement’ in the greater scheme of things (only half what people run when they do the marathon, after all) but it was a great walk and I’ll / we’ll do more.

Hi Chris
Good on ya, I’m all for people walking more, living up here in the wilds there’s not much else to do! Seriously though it’s the best exercise you can get, especially if it involves some hills – next time you’re in the area we’ll have to take you up one
